Make a Difference, Donate Now

By donating, you help us provide much-needed aid to individuals in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell and the city of Dallas in Denton County.

Last year we helped over 15,000 individuals. Visits to our food pantry visits are up 28% which means we are feeding more families than ever. Every dollar donated truly makes a difference in the life of a person coping with food insecurity, the threat of homelessness or other crises.

For example:

$25 = 175 pounds of food
$50 = feeds 14 people for a week
$150 = sends 5 kids back to school with supplies & backpacks
$300 = provides rent assistance to a family to prevent eviction
$500 = provides food for 100 seniors

Join others just like you in building a stronger community—together!

Be a ChangeMaker: Help Us Meet Needs Throughout the Year

ChangeMakers are donors who commit to monthly giving. By doing so they provide a steady revenue stream that helps us budget our resources responsibly and sustain our mission of aid even when other donations might fluctuate during the year.

If you are ready to make a long-term impact on the local community, we ask you to step forward as a ChangeMaker. The need is great.

Decide on the monthly donation amount that's right for you, then set up a monthly donation online.  You will receive a confirmation and at year end you will receive a letter with your total annual contributions. The letter serves as your receipt.

Have questions about the role of ChangeMakers? Contact Development Director Mike Harris or call 972-446-2130.

Metrocrest Services Legacy Society: Invest in the Community by Planned Giving

Generous friends, like you, are the reason Metrocrest Services continues to assist families, individuals, and seniors in need in our community. By setting up planned giving through our Metrocrest Services Legacy Society, you can invest in the future of Metrocrest Services.
Planned donations support the mission of Metrocrest Services while allowing donors to benefit from federal and state tax laws that may reduce income taxes, lower gift and estate taxes, or provide income during the donor’s lifetime.
Your financial advisor can help determine the best way for you to plan a gift, but keep in mind that designating assets to be given to Metrocrest Services can be as simple as adding a single sentence to your Will or Trust document. We developed a quick reference guide, 8 Ways to Leave a Legacy, to assist you in your giving.
While not required, it is helpful to receive notification that you plan on naming Metrocrest Services in your Will or Trust. If you are considering a gift to Metrocrest Services, or if you would like more information call our office at 972-446-2129.
